It's not the end...only the beginning!

We want to wish each and every one of you a joyous holiday season - we hope your Christmas was warm and wonderful and the days that follow stay happy and healthy!

STOCK THE PANTRY

The be4good project was able to complete several events this last quarter starting with the stock the pantry monthly event which we will continue through 2022.

While this may seem small, it helps serve a poor community in the area.  Their needs are ever changing with the exception of food - they are always in need of having supplemental items to help feed their families.  This location in Atlanta serves over 30 families.  The be4good project will continue to stock the pantry once a month (as many other organizations have committed to this as well) and hopefully, will ensure these families have what they need.

STOCKINGS

The annual filled stockings projects continued this year...with the assistance of the Women's Club of Mountain Creek subdivision.  Their donations, along with donations from our group, filled 37 stockings for the children of the Haven Academy in Middleton, Georgia. We are very thankful for their contributions.

Shown below:

be4good member, Cara, works on organizing and filling stockings while member, Sam, writes personal greetings to each recipient from Santa's elves.

Shown here are some of the filled stockings loaded into a car for delivery and then some of the teens who helped unload the stockings.

We were also able to support  the Simple Needs organization. Shown here is one of their team members receiving stockings in early December.

Finally, we were able to provide Christmas gifts and food for a family in need in Woodstock.

We'd like to thank the following for your assistance and all those who helped us this season that we may have failed to include:

Jill Hewes, Christina Klejka, Erin Martin, Courtney Young, The Sherer Family, The Gale Family, Patty Voyles, Mountain Creek Women's Club, Patty Sammons, Amy Combs, The Lett Family, Cara and Sam, The Lawrences and Lauren Fahsel.

We look forward to starting the New Year with a continued focus on our community and for the fulfillment of peace, love and harmony to others.

Happy New Year!

and as always, be4good!

Fall Happenings!

 Happy Fall Ya'll!

Stock the Pantry

Our group will be participating in several projects this fall and holiday season.  Starting monthly, we will stock a food pantry in the Hillcrest Plaza.  If you wish to participate, we need dry goods and canned goods as well as diapers and baby wipes for local families in that area.  Our first stock the pantry date is Sunday, November 7. The second will be Sunday, December 5th.  All items need to be dropped off at our main location by the Saturday before.

Christmas Assistance

We will be making over 50 stockings this year for children in the area.  I will update the items needed soon.

We will also be providing gifts, food and filled stockings for a needy family in Roswell.

Please email us at thebe4goodproject@gmail.com if you would like to help in any way. Thank you for helping and as always,
